I have always loved books about the Titanic, the tragedy but also the rebuilding is amazing. I saw this book at the library, and I knew that I would like it. The author puts it in perspective of about 15 different people, so you get the whole idea of what it was like on the Titanic. Also the fact that it is in poetry format makes it easier to read. One thing that sets this book apart from other Titanic books that I have read is it plays on your knowledge of the ending. It often puts some little foreshadowing at the end of the page that makes you ruefully smile, because you know the ending, but they don't. I would give this book a five out of five stars!
